There’s a reason American Fidelity Assurance consistently lands on a variety of national Best Places To Work lists. When they purchased a new campus in 2012, they did a little pre-renovation research into staff demographics and needs and realized their changing workforce would thrive on aesthetically pleasing, flexible, open spaces.

The renovation will allow them to tailor their spaces, building systems, elevators and finishes to the needs of the different corporate divisions, and employees will now enjoy open offices, a fitness center, conference center, auditorium, training rooms and a café.
