New Electric Cooperative Campus
This project includes the design and construction of a new campus for Northfork Electric Cooperative comprised of four new buildings, comprehensive site improvements, new utilities infrastructure systems, parking and landscaping of the fourteen acre site which fronts on Interstate 40.
The facility consists of:
- Secured parking for staff and company vehicles
- Street and planter bed landscaping
- Pre-engineered metal building
- Board of Trustees suite, General Manager’s office suite, administrative offices
- Member drive-through payment window and walk in member payment lobby
- Upscale finishes for board room and lobby area
- Space planning allowed for future expansion
- Provided electrical/data/comm. for facility
- Provided backup generator for power outages

- Storm hardened dispatch area for inclement weather
- Truck canopies for weather protection for up to sixteen bucket trucks
- Transformer building with weather protection for transformers
