Danny Powell, PE, your Project Manager, is an Oklahoma Department of Transportation (ODOT) specialist with a proven track record for delivering projects within scope, schedule, and budget in adherence to ODOT DBE requirements. Danny's more than 27 years of comprehensive transportation experience includes project management, planning, roadway design, hydraulic analysis, storm drainage design, right-of-way plans, detention design, utility relocation coordination, project cost estimates, and scheduling. He assembles a team for each project that includes in-house roadway design engineers and environmental/planning team members who work with partner firms to ensure seamless delivery of quality assurance validated projects.
