Headquarters & Warehouse

The new one story rural electric facility serves as the administrative and warehouse for High Plains Power Cooperative. It comprises of 15,698 square feet of administrative offices, conference rooms, and board room. Detached is a warehouse area comprises of 20,250 square feet, which functions as repair of vehicle maintenance bays and warehouse storage. The exterior perimeter has concrete parking for customers and additional paving around warehouse for utility vehicles parking in a secure fenced and gated area. Our team designed and produced the construction documents, along with providing monthly site construction visits. This was a Construction Management contract with Pope Construction Company providing the necessary execution.
