CoServ Headquarters

The existing CoServ campus in Corinth, Texas houses the headquarters building, call center, meter shop, equipment yard and training facilities. The work under this scope was the renovation of the 2^nd floor of the headquarters building. The 2^nd floor spaces were evaluated for efficiency in layout and the overall finish scheme was refreshed. New spaces included a main lobby and waiting area, an HR suite and a conference center. An updated catering kitchen, assembly/training rooms, a fully renovated/expanded board room, updated private and open offices and work areas were also provided and refreshed.
