Guernsey Hires Strategic Communications & Engagement Lead

Guernsey announces the hiring of communication specialist Tamara Pratt to lead the team’s strategic communications and community engagement. Retaining Pratt is just the first step in Guernsey’s overall plan to increase communication and awareness of the extensive services offered by the legacy firm.

“We’re extremely proud of the growth we’ve achieved through our strong work across the industry sectors and that will be amplified with the work of Ms. Pratt,” said Guernsey CEO Jared Stigge. “She brings to bear more than 20 years of experience in communications and will be a valued asset to our forward momentum.”

Ms. Pratt brings key experience to Guernsey from senior leadership in higher education coordinating public relations and communications as well as more than a decade in broadcast media. Pratt will be working closely with the CEO, Board members and managers to drive messaging and community engagement.

Pratt most recently served as Vice President of External Affairs at Rose State College focusing on workforce initiatives in aerospace standing up the Workforce Center of Excellence for Aerospace and Cybersecurity, the only designation of its kind in Oklahoma.
