Jared Stigge, JD

Jared Stigge is President and CEO of Guernsey; he began his career with Guernsey in 1999 and was appointed as CEO at the start of 2019. During his career, Jared led teams supporting the Department of Defense (Air Force, Army, Navy) in public-private partnership transactions, including the largest-ever privatization award in DoD history: 12 utility systems in Alaska conveyed to one regulated utility with a 50-year utility service contract value in excess of $4 billion. Although leadership duties have taken away from his time to work on projects, Jared remains engaged in Alaska work and additionally supports the City of Oklahoma City in its 2020 acquisition of the water/wastewater utility assets at Tinker Air Force Base. Jared is a dog lover, avid traveler, and design enthusiast and lives in the heart of Oklahoma City with his wife Melissa.
