Guernsey Announces the Appointment of Two New Board Members

Guernsey, a leading provider of design, engineering, and consulting services, announces the election of Ashish Agrawal Ph.D., CEM, CEA, CDSM, CMVP and Jeff Napoliello AIA, to its Board of Directors.

Dr. Ashish Agrawal serves as a senior vice president and the Director of Energy and Utility Solutions at Guernsey. Dr. Agrawal leads a team of experts in technical and economic consulting for more than 500 Department of Defense utilities, as well as numerous universities nationwide. He has 23 years of experience in performing energy audits, evaluating the feasibility of renewable energy systems, creating energy and water master plans, developing, and using energy models for accurate baseline, as well as measurement and verification activities. He is a Certified Measurement and Verification Professional (CMVP), a Certified Demand-Side Management Professional (CDSM), a Certified Energy Manager (CEM), and a Certified Energy Auditor (CEA). Additionally, Dr. Agrawal has several peer reviewed publications in international journals and has presented in diverse national and international conferences. He holds a Ph.D. in Engineering from the University of Alaska Fairbanks.

Jeff Napoliello serves as a senior vice president and the Director for Architecture and Engineering at Guernsey. He leads a dynamic team of designers with professional programming and creative design expertise through traditional Design-Bid-Build and Design-Build delivery methods. In addition, Jeff leads the team of engineers overseeing civil, mechanical, electrical, as well as structural engineering. He brings 30 years’ experience to the role and is well-respected in the industry as a trusted professional. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Oklahoma State University and is a licensed architect by the American Institute of Architects (AIA).
