2025 All Source RFP

Navopache Electric Cooperative is issuing this 2025 All-Source RFP to request proposals for wholesale power supply service and transmission delivery coordination service to serve its retail load.

Power supply resources must be available no later than May 1, 2027. Power supply resources may include but are not limited to Power Purchase Agreements (“PPA”), Purchase and Sale Agreements (“PSA”), or Full Requirements Service.
