Dr. Agrawal plays a major role in long-term energy planning for DoD in Alaska. He has 20 years of experience performing energy audits, evaluating feasibility of renewable energy systems, developing energy and water master plans, developing and using energy models for accurate baseline and measurement and verification activities. He is a Certified Measurement and Verification Professional (CMVP), a Certified Demand-Side Management Professional (CDSM), a Certified Energy Manager (CEM), and a Certified Energy Auditor (CEA) along with other credentials. He has extensive experience with economic analysis and life cycle costing of third party financed projects including ESPCs, UESCs, Utility Privatization, etc.

Ashish has extensive experience in the electricity and energy sector for the Army. Ashish served as Guernsey’s Project Manager for the ESPC Support Contract at U.S. Army Garrison Kwajalein Atoll and for the development of a Business Case Analysis for energy alternatives for Fort Greely and Fort Wainwright. His responsibilities to the U.S. Army Alaska utilities privatization contract includes validating project requirements both in terms of mission and system requirements, perform life cycle cost analysis, and utility rate impacts.
