With more than 15 years in the field of structural engineering, Kasha has served as the project engineer for a variety of building types including maintenance facilities, healthcare and laboratory facilities, and commercial and retail buildings. Kasha ensures architectural intent is met while complying with building code requirements. In addition, she brings construction experience to her design process as a certified special inspector holding 8 total certifications; she is an IC Master Inspector, ICC Pres-stressed Concrete Inspector, AWS Certified Welding Inspector, PTI Level 1 Unbonded PT Inspector, and ACI Technician Grade 1.
