Frank Beling Named to Guernsey's Board of Directors
Guernsey is pleased to announce the election of Vice President Frank Beling to its Board of Directors. With a wealth of experience in providing critical services to cooperative and municipal utility systems, Mr. Beling brings a proven track record of expertise in wholesale rate design, power supply planning, and risk management.
Frank Beling has earned recognition for his exceptional advocacy and regulatory prowess. His expert testimony before federal and state regulatory agencies has proven instrumental in shaping energy policy and promoting fairness for energy providers and consumers in the state of Oklahoma and throughout the United States.

Frank Beling has been with Guernsey since 2007, starting as an Analytical Intern, progressing to the roles of Consultant and Vice President by 2013.
