Before you start looking at the specific career opportunities we have available, let us tell you a little about the environment – not the earth-and-skies environment (although our environmental engineers would be happy to bend your ear about that), but the environment you’ll be working in, should you become a member of the Guernsey team.

If we had to narrow it down to three primary descriptive terms, we’d say we’re employee-owned, client-centered and family-oriented. But let us be the first to say these words only describe our company because they first describe the people who work here. Although we are proud of the success and longevity (nearly 90 years!) our name has behind it, we know beyond a doubt that it would all end tomorrow if our team didn’t show up.

Employees at Guernsey are encouraged to commit to their projects with integrity and a personal focus on the client. In turn, Guernsey commits to providing employees rewarding professional opportunities and the ability to build value as an employee-owner.

Working alongside both industry veterans (they don’t like to be called old-timers) and young up-and-comers in their various fields will offer you rich learning opportunities and exposure to many ways of thinking and problem-solving, which can only enhance your abilities as a professional. Plus, it makes for some pretty interesting conversations most days.

So, that’s us in a nutshell. If it sounds like your kind of place, take a look at our job opportunities and see if there’s something that sounds like it’s made for you.

And now, a word from our HR department:
Guernsey is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer subject to Executive Order 11246, as amended, which prohibits employment discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability status or veteran status.
