Chad Morris, PE

Chad has more than 31 years of civil engineering experience specializing in water/wastewater projects. His design experience includes water supply systems, water treatment plants, water storage facilities, pump stations, distribution lines, lift stations, force mains, gravity sewer lines, wastewater treatment plants, regional stormwater detention facilities, dams/spillways, landfills, GIS systems, treatment optimization, water/sewer modeling, rezoning distribution systems, leak detection studies, I/I studies, SSES, asset management, feasibility studies; cost of service and rate studies; master plans, capital improvement programs, and loan/grant funding assistance for capital projects. He has also served as a Utilities Director for the Cities of Ponca City and Stillwater, OK where he managed surface and groundwater water supplies; water treatment and distribution systems; wastewater collection and treatment systems; and solid waste collection and a regional landfill. He also served as vice-chairman of the Kaw Reservoir Authority and chairman of the Association of Landfill Financial Assurance (ALFA). His combination of municipal operations and consulting experience makes him keenly aware of the challenges faced by utility providers and dedicated to delivering innovative and cost-saving solutions to them.
