Jared Stigge, JD

Senior Vice President
Senior Consultant, Energy & Utility Solutions

Jared Stigge serves as a Senior Vice President and Senior Consultant at Guernsey, following nearly eight years as President and CEO. He began his career with Guernsey in 1999 and was appointed CEO in January 2019. In his new role, Jared continues to lend his extensive experience and industry knowledge to select projects and client relationships, with a particular focus on Guernsey’s Energy & Utility Solutions.

Throughout his career, Jared has led teams supporting the Department of Defense (Air Force, Army and Navy) in complex public-private partnership transactions, including the largest-ever utility privatization award in DoD history: 12 utility systems in Alaska conveyed to a single regulated utility under a 50-year utility service contract valued at more than $4 billion.

During his tenure as CEO, Jared helped guide Guernsey through a period of growth and evolution, supporting the firm’s continued expansion of services, capabilities, and geographic reach. While executive leadership responsibilities shifted his focus away from direct project involvement, he remained engaged in the firm’s Alaska work and supported the City of Oklahoma City in its 2020 acquisition of the water and wastewater utility assets at Tinker Air Force Base.

His transition from CEO allows Jared to return to more direct involvement in projects and client relationships while continuing to contribute his expertise to Guernsey’s success.

Jared is a dog lover, avid traveler, and design enthusiast. He and his wife, Melissa, live in the heart of Oklahoma City and enjoy spending time at their mountain home in Colorado.
