Nabholz Construction Office Building Interior Design

Nabholz required a facility that could unify corporate leadership and active fabrication operations under one roof. The challenge was clear: create a professional, brand-aligned front-of-house environment within a metal building that also houses a working warehouse and shop.

The 15,600-square-foot facility places corporate offices at the front and fabrication operations at the rear. Guernsey focused on shaping the front-of-house environment into a workplace that supports project management, collaboration, and employee well-being. The program includes private offices, open workstations, conference rooms, a dedicated training room, and a fitness and wellness area. From this location, Nabholz manages construction projects across the region.

The interior design balances openness and functionality. An open concept layout increases visibility and communication, while access to natural light reinforces a healthy working environment. The finish palette centers on neutral gray tones with strategic use of vivid color to create energy and visual clarity within a professional setting.

Sustainability was integrated into material and finish decisions from the outset. The facility achieved Two Green Globes certification through the Green Globes environmental assessment and rating system, reflecting a measurable commitment to environmental performance. All materials and finishes were manufactured in America, aligning procurement decisions with broader economic values.

The result is a workplace that reflects Nabholz’s operational rigor while supporting the daily demands of managing construction projects at scale.
