Jeffrey Sare

Jeff Sare brings more than three decades of executive leadership experience building high-performing organizations, developing leaders, and delivering sustainable growth in complex, technology-driven businesses.

Prior to joining Guernsey, Sare served as Chief Commercial Officer of ThinKom Solutions, leading commercial strategy, business development, and customer relationships across its commercial and defense businesses. Previously, he was President of Intelsat’s Commercial Aviation division, with responsibility for a global business generating approximately $400 million in annual revenue and employing nearly 600 professionals. His career also includes senior leadership roles at Panasonic Avionics and other leading technology organizations.

Throughout his career, Sare has led organizational transformations, strengthened operational and financial performance, and developed teams capable of succeeding in highly competitive markets. His leadership philosophy centers on establishing a clear vision, empowering leaders, fostering accountability, and creating an environment where talented people can do their best work.
