Headquarters & Warehouse

This project consolidates administrative operations, fleet maintenance, and warehouse storage into a single coordinated campus designed to support continuous utility service in a rural environment.

The 15,698 SF administrative building houses offices, conference rooms, and a board room, while a detached 20,250 SF warehouse accommodates vehicle maintenance bays and storage. Separating these functions reduces operational conflict, improves safety, and allows independent circulation for staff and fleet activities.

Site design reinforces this division. Customer access is directed to dedicated concrete parking at the administrative building, while utility vehicles operate within a secure, fenced, and gated yard with expanded paving for maneuvering and staging. This clear zoning improves safety, security, and day-to-day efficiency.

Our team delivered a fully integrated design across architectural, interior, civil, mechanical, and electrical disciplines, ensuring alignment between building systems and operational needs. We produced construction documents and provided monthly site visits to maintain design intent throughout construction under a Construction Management contract with Pope Construction Company.
