CoServ Headquarters

Overview

CoServ’s campus in Corinth, Texas includes a headquarters building, call center, meter shop, equipment yard, and training facilities. The second floor of the headquarters no longer supported efficient operations or aligned with the broader campus.

Challenge
The existing layout limited efficiency and disrupted workflow. Office sizes, adjacencies, and shared spaces did not reflect how teams operated. Interior finishes lacked consistency with other CoServ facilities.

Approach
A facility assessment evaluated the efficiency and flow of the second floor layout. The renovation was executed in two phases to maintain continuity of operations.

Phase One

• Main lobby and waiting area

Phase Two

• Accounting renovation
• Catering kitchen updates
• Executive boardroom
• Private and open office areas

Solution

The design focused on improving operational efficiency and aligning the space with campus standards.

• Office sizes and locations were reconfigured to improve workflow
• Interior finishes were updated to match other CoServ facilities
• Multi-level lighting systems were introduced in training and boardroom spaces for scene control
• Custom millwork integrated built-in solutions for boardrooms and training areas
• All upgrades met Texas ADA requirements

Outcome
The renovated second floor delivers improved efficiency, clearer organization, and consistent design across the campus. Workspaces now support how teams operate, with flexible environments for training, collaboration, and day-to-day operations.
