Central Electric Cooperative Headquarters

The new 44,128 SF facility is comprised of a new two story office for administration and support operations that have outgrown their present facility. The steel frame structure utilizes masonry veneer, EIFS and cast stone, insulated walls and windows. The roof structure is light gauge metal trusses with a standing seam metal roof system. The building is fully sprinklered and meets the cooperative’s daily operational needs necessary to provide electrical power distribution to their customers.
