This new facility accommodates administration, maintenance and other support operations that have outgrown their present facility. The design made use of cost-effective systems for long-term durability to meet their daily functional operations with electrical power distribution demands by their customers.
The facility consists of:
- Secured parking for staff and company vehicles
- Underground storm detention tanks and refueling area
- Perimeter masonry and wrought iron security fence
- Street and planter bed landscaping
- Load bearing site cast walls with inlay brick
- Natural lighting with high volume ceiling space
- Upscale finishes for board room and lobby area
- Space planning allowed for future expansion
- Provided new roof top mechanical systems
- Large fans for air circulation in maintenance
- Provided electrical/data/comm. for facility
- Provided backup generator for power outages
- Construction administration services were provided
- Sustainable feature incorporated into the facility
